  • You then have 14 more days to return the items after notifying us.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene reasons and as per Consumer Rights Act 2015, we do not accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Human hair products (e.g., drawstring ponytails, wigs)

  • Opened or used hair accessories (e.g., scrunchies, combs)

  • Pierced jewellery (if applicable)

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Sealed items (e.g., stickers or packaging) once unsealed

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please report faults within 30 days of receipt.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue when you contact us.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
